Cancellation Policy

At Selcouth Percussion, each instrument is handcrafted to order. Because of the nature of our manufacturing process, our cancellation policy is structured as follows:
1. Cancellation Window
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, provided the crafting process has not yet commenced.
- To cancel within this window, contact us immediately at [email/phone] with your Order ID.
2. After the Cancellation Window
- Once 24 hours have passed and/or the crafting process has begun, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- This is because materials are cut, shaped, and dedicated to your specific order, and labor costs are incurred from the outset of production.
3. Order Modifications
- Requests to modify order details (e.g., shipping address) may be accommodated within the 24-hour window, subject to feasibility. Once production begins, modifications cannot be guaranteed.
4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Any payment gateway or transaction charges deducted by Razorpay, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
5. Non-Cancellable Circumstances
Orders cannot be cancelled once:
- The 24-hour window has elapsed
- Crafting/production has commenced
- The order has been dispatched or shipped
